It may be the world’s only museum that looks at the lives of children who grew up during wars. Founded in 2017 in Sarajevo two decades after the end of the Bosnian War, the War Childhood Museum opened its newest temporary exhibit earlier this month in Washington. Azra Dolberry spoke to war survivors and museum curators about why the world needs to learn more about the most innocent victims of war.
